INTRODUCING
OUR
ORGANIZATION
The East African Community and Health Initiative was launched with the purpose and vision of building stronger communities in the Twin Cities metro areas and abroad to reduce disparities and also the inequality and inequity gaps in the community. We do this through leveraging advocacy, policy changes, education, engagement, empowerment, and capacity building. We believe that being connected to one’s community and having access to resources is a basic human right.

Our mission is to build the Twin Cities into an area that promotes diversity while advancing health and social well-being for the inhabitants
